Alex came out this morning with the intent to change both my pads/rotors after having been told during a dealer visit my Jeep Grand Cherokee was in need of both replacements. Alex arrived on time and inspected all wheels and gave a honest assessment that both rotors/pads were in excellent condition and did not need replacing. Glad to have chosen an honest company and will definitely utilize them in future needs.
