Malcolm, my brake specialist, was great! He helped me better understand (answered all my questions) how one replaces a rotor and pads (not that I’m going to try this any time soon!). He didn’t try to upsell me on anything that my car didn’t need and helped me understand why my front brakes (rotors and pads) were still good for now but would probably need replacing after another 10-15K miles of further driving. I’d recommend Brake Squad to anyone who needs their brakes repaired. They were fairly priced and the convenience of having the job done at my house was fantastic!
